Ayisha Piotti is a global strategist, AI policy leader and trusted advisor whose career spans international economics, multinational business, public affairs, technology policy and institution-building.
Across those chapters, one pattern has remained constant: understanding complex environments, connecting people and perspectives that are often separated, and building what is needed to move forward.

Global is not only where I have worked. It is how I see.

Growing up across different parts of the world shaped Ayisha long before her professional career.

It taught her to adapt, listen and understand people from different backgrounds without reducing them to where they come from. International education and a career across developed and emerging markets reinforced that formation.

Studies and executive education at the London School of Economics, Tufts University, MIT, The Fletcher School and INSEAD

Ayisha began her career in international economics before spending 16 years in multinational business. She worked across strategy, business development, public affairs and regulation, including senior responsibilities spanning more than 50 countries regionally and a global business scope encompassing 130 countries.

She also built businesses and multidisciplinary projects from scratch — a builder instinct that would later reappear in the organisations and platforms she created independently.

In 2018, after roughly two decades across international institutions and multinational business, accelerating technology — and thinking about the world her children would inherit — led Ayisha to ask a simple question: what role could I play in shaping it? That question has guided every chapter since, from founding RegHorizon to leading the AI Policy Summit and building the International Governance Network.
